Prices will vary from piece to piece. Ballparking it - prints without frames or matting run generally $30-60 if printed on 8x10 paper and $50-80 for those printed on 11x14 paper. Please contact me about each photos specific pricing with or without framing.
A native born Kansan, John studied art at Emporia State University. Space, Place, and Environment are the central subjects in his work with various media. Silver-gelatin photography is his primary medium but he also enjoys working with ink, oils, glass, and metal.
John’s work has appeared and been noted in fine arts journals, publications including Cowboy and Indians, is included in the Photo Repository for The Center for Great Plains Studies, and art shows including the National Teachers Hall of Fame, Great Plains, ILF Summer, Inner Bean, and Java Cat 5 Exhibitions. His work has hung on the walls of galleries including the Wild Hare Gallery (North Fork, Idaho) and The Ponderosa Gallery (Salmon, Idaho). John previously worked as a photographer for a professional studio and has been doing freelance work since 2000.
In the summer of 1998 John volunteered on a trail crew on the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness and was taken by the Idaho landscape. He returned to Idaho every year following to guide backcountry trips and photograph the land. He now calls Idaho his home and continues to enjoy working on his art and traveling with his wife, Kasey.

Sizes and Pricing
Most prints are printed up to an 11"x14" paper size, actual image size will vary dependent on the format of the film the image was taken with. For example a full frame image shot with 35mm will print roughly 4"x6", 6"x9", etc. The majority of the images on the website are shot with 35 mm, however, both 120 and 4"x5" are used also.
Pricing will vary dependent on the image and size. All prices given unless otherwise stated are for prints only. Matting and framing can be included at an additional cost. Have a question, idea, etc.? Let's talk...
